Come è possibile negoziare i sottoprodotti del monitoraggio dei degli individui contagiati in una pandemia sei mesi prima che questa si verifichi?
Sei mesi prima che la “pandemia” arrivasse negli Stati Uniti e quattro mesi prima che si diffondesse in Cina, ad agosto 2019, la Bill & Melinda Foundation ha “sollecitato” il governo Usa a finanziare con 100 miliardi di dollari la stipula di un contratto per il “tracciamento dei contatti”, oggi venuto alla ribalta con il post Covid-19.
Come riportato da truepundit.com, le scioccanti rivelazioni sono state svelate nel Podcast di Thomas Paine e nel Moore Paine Show on Patreon  da due reporter Usa, John Moynihan e Larry Doyle. I due investigatori sono noti anche per aver che denunciato in precedenza la massiccia frode fiscale della Clinton Foundation durante un’udienza del Congresso nel 2018. John Moynihan e Larry Doyle hanno testimoniato al Congresso, descrivendo dettagliatamente le frodi e gli schemi utilizzati dai Clinton per evitare di pagare fino a 2,5 miliardi di dollari di tasse federali.

Il duo investigativo, nella loro prima intervista dopo lo scandalo sopra citato, hanno rivelato a Paine (conduttore della trasmissione “Moore Paine Show”) che i rappresentanti della Gates Foundation hanno incontrato il membro del Congresso degli Stati Uniti Bobby L. Rush in un incontro in Ruanda, nell’Africa orientale, a metà agosto 2019, per discutere sui dettagli del finanziamento su un programma di tracciamento dei contatti.

Risulta infatti che il deputato Rush si è recato con la moglie in Ruanda dal 12 al 19 agosto, “per prendere parte ai colloqui e ad un evento promosso dalla Bill and Melinda Foundation e dal Rockefeller Brother Fund”.
E proprio il mese scorso, nove mesi dopo gli incontri con la Gates Foundation in Ruanda, Rush, un democratico dell’Illinois, ha presentato il disegno di legge COVID-19 Testing, Reaching and Contact Everyone (TRACE) Act (TRACE) da 100 miliardi di dollari.
Il disegno di legge di Rush avrebbe stabilito un programma gestito dal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) per i test nazionali sul coronavirus e la tracciabilità dei contatti.
Ma come si fa a negoziare i sottoprodotti del monitoraggio di una pandemia da sei a sette mesi prima dell’insorgenza del virus?

Un anno e mezzo prima del covid Gates aveva previsto una pandemia che avrebbe fatto milioni di morti, sei mesi prima finanzia un programma di tracciamento, ora finanzia la ricerca per un vaccino. Bill o è un profeta, o un genio o qualcos’altro…
Sta di fatto che tutte questa appaiono coincidenze abbastanza inquietanti che fanno presagire a un forte conflitto di interessi sulla pandemia.
